Emotions get LOUD.

Show me one person who has not “let their emotions get the better of them”. I’ll wait.

We’ve all come out of balance with our emotions. Emotional Dysregulation let’s us know that whatever situations we’re in are effecting us in a big way. Think of it like sunburn. If we go out in the sun for 10 minutes, we probably won’t get burnt, especially if we use sunscreen. If we go out for 8 hours with no shade and no sunscreen, those circumstances will lead to a bigger reaction, a bad sunburn.
