As an introduction to preventative care and lifestyle medicine, we provide a series of assemblies/workshops for students and staff alike. Schools can choose from wide range of topics including mental health first aid, bullying, suicide prevention, stress + burn out, substance awareness, sleep, nutrition, movement, and social relationships.

Matrix of Care

The Matrix of Care is the core of our programming. We assess where each school is at and create a unique plan for prevention, intervention, and scaling. We deploy interconnected tiers of mental health care for students, families, and educator to disrupt cycles of oppression. We guide schools to build empowered communities.

In this 3-day Social Impact Conference, high school students work in teams to address an area of need in their communities. They learn about Root Causes, Creating Solutions, Conflict Resolution, and Leadership. Students have the opportunity to earn up scholarship money.

Adaptive Programming

We have several models of programming that are tailored to the unique circumstances of each school. Using our Assessment Tool, help individual schools and larger districts identify where programming is strong and where there are gaps for students, families, and educators. For some schools, we provide Social-Emotional Learning blocks during the day. For others, we work with the school staff to create after-school programming for students and teachers alike. Like the communities they serve, every school has specific needs that we rise to meet.

Responsive Curriculum

Our manualized evidence-based curriculum was designed by clinicians, providers, and experts in the fields of mental health, nutrition, physical therapy, movement, substance use recovery, and education. Our daily lessons include movement, mindfulness, skill-building, psychoeducation, and processing. Teachers and facilitators are provided a variety of interventions and educational pieces to help them find their voice.
