Everyone gets stressed out. It’s impossible to avoid all moments of distress. In fact, it can feel like life is built upon people reaching their breaking points. We call stress that overwhelms us - or that we can’t cope with - “distress”. We’ll explore what happens when our minds, bodies, and emotions are in a state of distress.
