I can’t sleep!
Throughout our lives, we have have trouble sleeping. Whether that’s because of nightmares, anxiety, racing thoughts, physical illness, injury, a partner snoring loudly, a baby who isn’t sleeping through the night yet, we’ll all have to deal with sleep disruptions. Insomnia is a particular type of sleeping issue that can have many different causes.
