Choose Wisely.

Our daily lifestyle choices often occur on autopilot. We don’t even realize that they are choices. Part of the reason why is because our lifestyle is shaped by our communities long before we recognize that we can choose differently. The way that we use substances prior to bedtime are one of those lifestyle choices that can be on autopilot. Doom scrolling on our phones right before sleep. Drinking soda or alcohol with dinner. Even though we may not think twice, the way we consume substance before bed and throughout the day can change the quality and quantity of sleep.
