Integrative Treatment
The B.R.I.D.G.E. Lab uses Integrative Treatments with our clients. This concept can best be understood through two different pathways. The first is how we integrate both the mind and the body in our practice, and the second is our integration of treatment across students' schools, homes, and communities.
Benefits of Mindfulness
Many people have a general idea of what mindfulness means; Merriam-Webster defines it as “the practice of maintaining a nonjudgmental state of heightened or complete awareness of one's thoughts, emotions, or experiences on a moment-to-moment basis”.
